Spa Etiquette
*Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and paperwork. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled
*In order to provide a relaxing experience for you and our other guests, we request that you turn off cell phones, pagers, and two way radios
*If you have any special medical conditions or are pregnant, please notify our spa staff
*A variety of products are available to continue your spa and salon experience at home. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products (at least 80% full), please return them within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange or issue a store credit. This does not apply to any make-up or liter sizes of product
*For the convenience of everyone, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment for an individual service. A 48 hour notice is required for any spa package or for multiple services. The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved for you
*We recommend that you schedule appointments for multiple services at least three weeks in advance for your preferred times
