A variety of products are available to continue your spa and salon experience at home. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products ( at lease 80% full), please return them within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange or issue a store credit. This does not apply to any make-up.
For the convenience of everyone, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment for an individual service. A 48 hour notice is required for any spa package or for multiple services. The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved for you.
Gift certificates are the ultimate gift for everyone. We will take phone orders with major credit cards and send your gift for you. Gift certificates can be redemed for any products or services we offer at Russells.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first spa treatment to ensure your full service. By arriving early, you will be able to relax and fully enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled.
We recommend that you schedule appointments for multiple services at least three weeks in advance for your preferred times.
